Such a unique request! Kind of a shame I can't think of anything very good.
Ringlet probably fits. The weather theme is only brushed upon, but it's the only one I can think of right now.
And maybe, just maybe, you'll consider Waters. It isn't about the weather per say, but the still-unfolding plot seems to have lot to do with rain, lakes, waterfalls and generally (as is obvious from the title) water.

Even so, those are some neat suggestions. I'll have to check them out for sure. :3
