I'm look for a romance/shoujo thats super hilarious,
something that will have me laughing my butt off...
The one manga that I can think of thats similar to
what I'm looking for is Lovely Complex it
had sad moments but Risa and Otani are sooo funny
~ No shounen
~ And please no obvious titles
~ And please no ecchi or anything along the lines of ecchi alittle smut is ok

The "obvious titles" thing is a bit difficult to be sure about, but... Oresama Teacher is hilarious! SO random...

ah i'm looking for the same kind of thing as you...i started my own forum but i wish i just looked into yours...anyway..
yeah i just finished lovely complex and i'm also looking for manga that can top that series (it's just so funny and you can't hate any character!!!
i guess i can suggest gokusen (?josei) not shojou but hilarious...still as romantic as shojou though
and kodocha is hilarious too...

Damn it's one of the funniest seinen i had read so far (something like 3.3.7 Byoshi  )
It's so bad there is no group translating the 3 last volumes :'(
In shoujo i can recommand Saruyama! or maybe Pig Bride
