so the description is about a really short girl who being picked on in class, and she meets a guy playing the piano who is the class delinquent so its a love story I'd really appreciate it if anyone could help me

Bump remembered something else about the story the girl is getting bullied by the other girls and the popular guy is only being nice to her to draw off the attention of a stalker girl

I think it's from the oneshot collection called Suki, Tokoro ni yori arashi. It's the second story (Love Sonnet).
