What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')

I just want to say that I loved Monkey Strip, too. It was great and I still like it even though it's been years... Though I have yet to find a equally good twins manga XD
