What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

The only romantic comedy anime that I remember watching is Ranmaa 1/2, but you might have seen that already.

Violinist of Hamelin is good.
Gokudou-kun Manyuuki is pretty funny.
If you havnt seen Seto no Hanayome you should.
maison ikkuto is over rated but it's still o.k.
Urusei Yatsura is my fav Rumiko anime.
