im searching a manga where the protagonist saves the life of a girl. I mean he really saves the life. Like if he wasnt there she would be dead or at least very serious injured. This series should be a Seinen or Shounen cause i just dislike shoujos. No yaoi ai etc... and id prefer good art

Gantz--he brings her back from the dead lol you can't beat that. Kei Kurono rules, he may have been a coward at first but if you bear with him he becomes a mean as badass.

Also Ubel Blatt--again bad beginning but becomes awesome after a couple of chapters

how the hell does ubel blatt have a bad beginning?
its kind of like the berserk beginning, shits happening and damnit they are not going to tell you whats what.

its the kind of manga that if you re read it again it is so much better.

Nah, if you found Ubel Blatt to have a bad beginning....you just didn't get it.

Berserk didn't have a bad beginning either....just a slow one. Like 20th century boys first 5-6 volumes, lol.

I could live without Berserk's volume 1 but not Ubel Blatt's volume 0.

Hmmm....Biomeat or...Highschool of the dead maybe? Damn it's really hard to find some mostly cuz it's been a while we had a new title where the main char saves the girls life...oh maybe Stay After Me...sorry can't remember that many.

@t1 and alidan...the reason was i found at the beginning too much fanservice and well I just didn't find it interesting and just found it OK but after koinzell's past gets revaled a bit like whoz actually the good guys then it became much much better. You are right though its the kind of manga I wouldn't mind rereading especially now that scanlations have stopped.

Itoshi no Nina - theres only 5 chapters out and its josei. Guy saves a girl who his friend kidnaps.

code breaker is already on my list and id prefer no josei or shoujo cause, they r just boring .. no real storyline and overreacting characters

Full Metal Panic! and its sequel--the dude is her bodyguard and its all about him protecting her and stuff, its shounen, got good comedy and action scenes and a bit of romance. The anime is good as well.
