Want something where the person can see ghosts and can send them back to wherever or have a job working with stuff like that.
Id rather the person be a high school student.

Ghost Only - shoujo. The girl can see ghosts. She works at a resteraunt for ghosts and usually ends up helping them out in one way or another.

I think Shinrei Tantei Yakumo - Akai Hitomi wa Shitteiru fits what you are looking for, other than the main characters being college students. It's a two volume mystery shoujo where the main character was born with eyes with different colors, that gave him a special ability to see ghosts and spirits.
Even if it isn't what you're looking for you should try it! It's a very enjoyable read and the art is also quite good.

The main character is able to see spirits and youkai. He has this "Book of Friends" with many youkai names in it and he returns their names. (Their name controls them basically.) There are also exorcist involved in the story who job is get get rid of them and such.
I highly recommend it. In my top 3 fav manga.

Darn, everyone took my favorite recommendations.
Otogi Moyou Ayanishiki I don't think this fits very well since it's so cutesy and deals with monsters instead of ghosts.
