I've been doing nothing but eating all day, constant snacking between meals, and even though i have been eating so much, i still haven't eaten 2000 calories yet. GRRR all those damn low calorie foods! At this rate I'm gonna have to eat a stick of butter everyday......

I know I should be eating close to 3000 minimum just to stay healthy.... I have a very physically active job.

My guess would be about twelve to fifteen hundred. Maybe a couple hundred more if I've been out instead of cooking for myself. That and about two liters of black coffee.

I'm naturally pretty slim, but that's probably augmented by my diet and regular exercise (though I don't maintain muscle very well).

Probably around 1200-1300. Since I'm a guy, that's not a lot, but lately, I'm just trying to tone it down. Usually, I think I eat around 3500 calories, but good metabolisms don't last forever.

When I don't make desserts, it's not enough whatever it is... My stomach shrank a lot when I was losing weight, so I just can't eat like I used to...and it doesn't help that I've grown to love "healthy" foods, I don't drink anything but water and straight tea, and I don't eat fried foods or meat... I can't say I have an ED, but I just don't eat very much 'cause I'm never that hungry xD

Kinda random, sometimes I barely eat sometimes I eat an outrageous amount of food.

I believe the average should be something like 3000 since I practice sports on a regular basis

I had to follow what healthy and unhealthy foods I eat daily once.....I eat a lot apparently. dont know how many calories it is but I should be fat..Im only 121lb. XD biggrin

i eat less than 2500 calories..maybe less than 2000 actually...usually i never get fat and im skin and bone but ive been prescribed with a stupid pill these last years and i was abnormally fat...about 20kgs heavier than i was...made me terribly depressed because my appearance changed for the worse and i couldn't skate anymore like that...kept spraining my ankle and injuring myself...i had to quit it for a whole one and a half year!!!! still can't get over that...then i just stopped eating lunch (ate a sandwich instead) and just had an early dinner...i am snacking but i always look at the calories so as to eat the one with the less ones...actually looking at the calories made me thin again and im so thankful...when i skate i don't feel any hungry or think of food at all actually...i feel hungry though if i sit in front of the pc reading manga and stuff

I just dont know how much calories i consume daily...But it seems too many, i supposed not to take too much...well my fav foods always come with tons of calories. embarrassed

I don't want to say, I know that it is way under what I should be eating, I have always been thin, but now it's becoming a problem, I'm the thinnest person I know by far. Maybe I shouldn't mention this here... no

Long time ago for health class I had to keep count of my calories. So bothersome.
Usually I consume about 1200-1500 Calories. I normally don't eat very much but some days I feel like a bottomless pit and consume up to 2500 Calories.

1200-1500. Sometimes lower than that. Don't usually eat a whole lot, especially when I eat out. Haven't felt like it for a while now...

Around 1200. That's on a normal day. If I know I need energy to do some sort of physical activity, I try to eat a bit more of foods that have carbohydrates. I'm not thin, though. I'm normal-ish?
