And hey, there's good/bad about being a leader and follower, so it doesn't matter what you are! O_O Although if I had to choose, I'd be both equal, I suppose. D: I know how to adapt, yes, I do. :'B

Ehm, yeah, your turn to talk now. O_O

take a look at my title, and take a guess ^_^
i really prefer to be a leader, but if i respect someone i can be a follower as well.
if i dont respect someone who's supposed to lead me, i rebel ^_^
like im rebelling against my current commander by throwing tantrums when he's not around, and singing
Spoiler (highlight to view)
"and Timmor the b******h, Timmor the b*****tch"
together with my teammates ^_^

How about the lone wolf type?

I don't wanna lead anyone, but I'm not gonna follow anyone either.

I like being a follower so I don't have to deal with pressure but through various reasons and circumstances(e.g. group working at a slow pace), most of the time I end up being the guy who bosses people around...even the leader. Of course, this is only in school. Maybe...group critic would better suit me. laugh

I'm the leader most of the time. I am a good, but strict leader. I always make sure the group is working at a pace that will allow us to have some spare time to either relax or make sure everything is going smoothly. I have kicked people out of my groups before for slacking off, being a disruption or because they refused to do their fair share of work.

Imo throwing tantrum when your boss isnt there & calling him a bitch behind his back don't count as being rebel biggrin

I'm good at both, but a little bit more of a follower. However if nobody wants to be the leader, or the teamwork is something I'm interested in/my speciality, or the leader is somebody who isn't good as a leader imo, I will try to make things go in my way.

Both but I don't go halfway.
If I'm going to lead I'm going to do whatever I can.
If I'm going to follow the leader better know what the hell they are doing or there is mutiny.

Personally, I love being the bitch.
When on sets in school I love being the sandbag bitch.
I just need to make sure all the lights and stands are weighted down safely.

I get points with the teacher for participating in class, while still having no real responsibilities whatsoever. biggrin

I'd rather be a follower, since I'm damn lazy.
But sometimes it pisses me off how gutless people are and I end up leader.

hmm, What i will say is pretty selfish but i will be whatever suits my sitution...
Even as a follower i can go rogue anytime. I'm the black sheep in the heard...i see things the way i think and that can be wrong but i wouldn't be upset with my mistake.

A little of both. If I dont have any ideas to contribute, I simply stay quiet and follow, but if I have an idea I speak up. I am actually the founder of an anime club at my library instead of following, I get to lead with my ideas.

sigh.. he used to be decent, before they dropped my department on him when my last commander left.
now he's all.. commanding >_< going "call me anytime, anytime at all if u need any advice, or if there is something wrong. do not call me at 11pm to talk about not having enough home time"

he ends up treating us like were recruits in a bootcamp DX i had enough of bootcamp, i dont need one now....

I am equally both.
When I'm with people I'm comfortable with, I'm usually the leader. And with acquaintances and people I'm not that close with, I'm usually the follower.. (since sometimes, my "leadership" may come off as being a bit bossy.) It just depends on the situation and the people.
