i dont know if this was a manga or an anime but i remember this scene:
it was a sad scene i think were 2 friends departed from each other. one of them was on a train while the other run alongside the train after him and shoutet something. though the one on the train couldnt here it. i think both were guys. most likely a shounen or seinen.
