Hi, I'm looking for a main character that either starts out insane, turns insane during the manga, or at least has an psychotic separate personality. Can be either male or female, but preferably a male. Thank you!

You could also try the psychopath category - even though I have doubts as to its usefulness; there aren't a lot of titles.
