Nope. It's from an eroge game called Koisuru Otome to Shugo no Tate.

How come no one had said Mahou Sensei Negima! yet? there isn't a manga that fits the OP request better than this one -_-
Summary: Child teacher goes to teach in a all female high school... shit happens... the Child teacher is actually a mage, more shit happens... FAN SERVICE, shit happens, PLOT IMPROVES A FUCKING LOT, Awesome Shit happens, again, again, and again, depressing shit happens, the plot gets much better than anything you have read... shit happens...

Seriously with the exception of 1 all 10 manga's IM Dal Young does have this and he with the exception of 2 they are all active which definitely says something about his skill as a writer.
