At the moment, I'm referring to people from "I'm looking for..." manga suggestion area. Of course, this also applies to real life. A thank you goes a very long way in my book. I try my best to make sure to (remember to) thank others when I can. I do make a mental note of who doesn't give thanks and make sure to not go out of my way to help them again. And aside from the typical loud neighbors, I get seriously pissed on the road when I need to make a left/right turn and the ass**** in front of me won't move closer so I can squeeze in and into the lane. Gods, how many lights have I missed 'cause of these punks.
