What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)

Hi,

As a result of curiosity I have ended up in a routine of looking up manga about sports of different (read 'less common') sorts, like "curling" for instance, which surprised me by existing.

Currently I'm looking for a manga about "kayaking" but haven't found anything yet. If anyone is aware of a manga about kayaking, I would be pleased to learn about it.

Note that a class going kayaking once or something similar will not satisfy.
