I'm looking for a manga about battle/war (if it's something of Middle Age with battle formation/ strategical battle plans than it's better) with a well organized story, good character developpement.(if the main character try to revenge someone than it's better)

Historie sort of fits. But the main character is never involved in the 'physical' part of the war- only the strategic one. And as far as I know, he doesn't have revenge on his mind.

it just started so don't know but The Red Soul might end up like that though i doubt it because it has a silly beginning but then again some mangas have bad beginnings and then later turn out to be great

Though you should read it anyway because it's awesome, -1 to Narutaru. Isn't about battle/war at all except in a peripheral sense.
