Running out of manga to read and need help....I'm looking for a really funny shojo manga, like NG life, V.B.Rose or Dengeki Daisy.
I'm not looking for any mature, ecchi, Yuri, Yaoi, lolicon, ect.

Well, there are a few mangas which seriously cracked me up- I was laughing through the entire thing.
Probably ... Tokyo Crazy Paradise, for one, and Skip Beat! too.
3. Beast Master (short but really funny)
4. Sekai de Ichiban Daikirai (by the same author as V.B Rose, and absolutely hilarious)
5. Perfect Girl Evolution (This one is my favourite, it's great, really great)
6. Fruits Basket (Highly recommended)
7. Oresama teacher (cute and funny)
8. Peach Girl (I've only just read this recently, and it fits the bill)
9. Ouran High School Host Club (Unusually funny, cute, and sweet shoujo manga)

Wow there are a ton! I might take some of these recommendations myself 
I would recommend:
-Gakuen Ouji
-Hana-Kimi
-Imadoki
-Penguin Kakumei
-Tsuki no Shippo
And if you haven't read Fruits Bastket... Go read it now! > =D

'Unusually funny'? If that is so, you should read :
- Oresama Teacher (this manga left me in stitches)
- St. Lunatic (though it didn't receive good comments, however this manga is unexpectedly funny and romantic all in one go. I personally recommend it)
- Me & My Brothers (by Hari Tokeino. You should also check on other works by the same mangaka)
- My Heavenly Hockey Club (pathetically funny and sweet)
- Otomen (not many have read this one, but it has a very unique sort of plot and it is hilarious)
I hope you find these helpful and enjoyable to read.
