I've been looking for a manga that i've read a long time ago, just because it bothers me that I remember the plot but I can't find it anywhere (and i've been wanting to reread it). I hope you can help me find it. I think it's a oneshot, but i'm not sure if it's part of a collection or something.

Basically there's a girl who always gets teased by a convenience store clerk, who is also her schoolmate. She has a half-brother (who is either the president of the council, or someone popular, or both), but they don't announce it publicly (I forgot why). Something about a charm (a keychain?), and a fire (because of a cigarette). One major conflict is the misunderstanding of the clerk that the girl likes her half-brother romantically because she always spends time with him (because he doesn't know about their brother-sister relationship).
