So any manga/manwha where the protagonist is forced to kill his friend(s) and actually does it because there is no other way?
I know many mangas where the protagonist has the choice to kill his friend or die but then there is some miracle that frees him from that choice or sth else...

Shin Angyo Onshi ... but it happens at the end of the story. His friend is kept immortal and is used by the bad guy and he kills him to free him from suffering and to protect his men.

Or Battle Royale ... everyone's forced to kill everyone

Well, Highschool of the Dead got something like this quite in the beginning. (2nd chapter I think?)
I suggest you read it and see for yourself if you like it.

It's not close friends but family in Inuyasha. There is a boy there who was actually forced to kill all of his family but his sister survived though.

Truly great manga, aside from too much of that "raping young boys" crap.
Seriously, I don't understand why if the story mentions about
sex abuse/homosexuality/pedophilia etc., then suddenly all the bad
characters are abusers/gays or lesbians/pedophiles.
Isn't it sufficient if there is one or two cases of those instead of anywhere the main character goes? almost around every corner and throughout his entire life (meaning throughout the entire story).

di(e)ce - The story hasn't progressed that far yet, but the idea has popped up a number of times. And a part at the beginning makes it pretty obvious that it's going to happen eventually.
And by the way, don't you dare believe the stuff people say about this being shounen-ai. Even though that part hasn't been scanned yet, two very pretty girls will appear soon. Take a look at the cover of volume 5 and see.
