I think it's seinen but not so sure . Has a bit of comedy and romance in it . The guy has a poker face and it's a well known fighter . He has a friend in same school(or one very very close) who hates his poker face and they never beat each other ( all their fights ended with draws) . They are fighting with many school thugs and gang members.I stopped reading when a girl and a guy from a gang are in a climax of their romance. Apparently she forced him into having sex . She started her gang life because of her love to the leader and forced him into fights for a number of dates (maybe 10 dates). The girl is the daughter of a school chairman .

I know my words doesn't have so much understanding but they are enough for someone who read the series.

Hm. Might this be Kyoukasho ni Nai!?
There is a Korean show based on it, and the plot sounds very similar..
