Hello. I'm looking for a manga [preferably shounen or seinen] wherein the villain was, is, or will be in love or romantically tied with someone. That someone is preferably not the main character.

Please assume that the villain is the "take-over-the-world" type. Those with evil persona.

Please though, no yaoi, yuri, hentai.

Black Cat - Well, it sort of seems like the (male) villain is in twisted love with the (male) hero, but at the end the villain has some amount of character redemption through his relationship with a woman on his team.
At least, that's how the anime is. I haven't actually read the manga...

Wakusei no Samidare might fit.

It might be a little far fetched, but in one of the Sailor Moon seasons(something with black cristals, but can't remember the name), the anime version not the manga, has romance between villans. The bad team consists of 5 women and 1 guy and one of the girls ends up with the guy and of course they turn good. I thought the romance was pretty deep and well done, but on the other hand it's been a long time since I last saw Sailor Moon.
