im looing for a romance that has a relatively normal female lead who eventually softens the hardened heart of a man who is cold because of a sad past.

id much prefer it if they were both adults, and it would be nice if the guy had a superior position to the girl, like her employer or teacher or landlord lol something like that.

and i dont want the guys reason for being cold as something crappy and normal like "i got dumped".
