7 Seeds Side story: A couple look for each other in a post-apocalyptic world.
B-Men Kazoku Girl looks for a lover in general. Funny but very smutty.
Bokura ga Ita Girl looks for her high school lover after he's forced to move away.
NG Life The reverse: a guy looks for his long lost lover after he's reincarnated in a later life. (The summary given by MangaUpdates is really misleading, but the manga itself is really good.)
That's all I can think of. Your best bet would be NG Life.
