Works fine for me. Though I'm sure I've seen a even bigger relationship chart for Index somewhere. Pretty much contained all the characters in that matter, if I got the gist of it.
Edit: Meh, never mind. It was more of a faction list. Might give that link as well, just in case someone is curious.

Blue is "Helped/Rescued"
Red is "Love"
Yellow is Blood Relations/Family.
Green is SoGeBu, short for "sono gensou wo buchikorosu" which is short for "Touma beat the shit out of this guy with his supreme Imagine Breaker,RAWRRRR."

The only other thing I can translate is....母 which means mother, upper right corner.
I hope that helps a little...kanji isn't my forte so I tried as best as I could XD ...yes yes I'm lacking *at his jteacher*
