Sup guyz...could you please suggest some mangas which fit the following description

Basically, romance manga from guyz perspective(as long as its not full on girl perspective) which involves a group of guyz who are mates looking to find a girlfriend for themselves.

All guys must be equally important so no suggestions of manga which have side couples you know...like all guys must equally focused upon during the manga.

It would be cool if they weren't extreme losers or anything you know, like just normal preferably or even superior would be better though I am willing to accepted perverted dudez or else 90% of the shounen mangas out there involving guyz wouldn't fit.Ofcourse if each dude had a different personailty that would be even more awesome.

Also each guy must be with a different girl or something along those lines...I don't want a reverse harem where all of the guyz just chasing after one girl.

The focus ofcourse has to be romance or atleast romance must play a big enough part. I am more for a serious manga than a comedy but nonetheless comedy is ok as long as its not the complete focus.

please NO SHOUNEN AI OR YAOI...don't want any gay couples. Other genres are accepted definetly.

These two mangas fit what I want

Men's Kou---awesome manga which fits what I want perfectly...the dudes are pretty much elite(not necessary) and the focus is romance. Good blend of comedy and drama.

Need a Girl--good manga which also fits. only problem is three of the 4 dudez are perverted though i don't mind because its not that extreme.

Pastel fits, very different personalities too. Haru yo koi fits too eventually (although less so). Also Toshiue no hito.
