I read a manga about a girl who fell down from heaven and landed on earth a few years back. I remember that nobody in heaven walked, sicne they all had wings, and that she couldn't walk when she landed on earth. I also remember that she had a bracelet that could change the weather. I think she met a guy on the track team or something, too.
