has to include romance; doesnt matter if its a sub-theme
dont really care about the genres as long as its not yaoi, yuri, shounen-ai, shoujo-ai, hentai.

Mishounen Produce -- don't worry about the other guy that shows up, he doesn't even seem to be a contender for the girl XD
Zenbu Shiritai -- the last oneshot, Super Star has it, and I think the mangaka does something really clever by flipping a cliche XD
EDIT: Also the first story in Benkyou no Jikan
EIDT2: Oh, and kind of in Say "I Love You" though I think he became hot naturally XD
