Gender Bender Mangas that doesn't show nudity, must not be Yaoi or Yuri. Mangas like W Juliet, Uwasa no Midori-kun, Hana Kimi, Pump Up!...etc. I think my statements are vague but the other genres must be (though not really exact can be) just like the examples I gave.

Here are few non-traditional gender benders
Prunus Girl is one of my favorites. Although it's borderline shounen-ai.
Oto x Maho is Magical Girl crack.
A little more serious are Yubisaki Milk Tea, Family Compo (some nudity), Nicoichi
9 Banme no Musashi is more action-adventure. As is Grand Sun (same mangaka as W Juliet)

Basara...A classic from ancient times. Well, the early 90's to be precise.
Totally agree on Ouran. I haven't read the manga, but the anime was hilarious!
