That's all the requirements. Any recommended yuri where they don't call anyone Onee-sama, or any manga with that Onee-sama feel. I hate that kind of yuri, and that's most kinds of yuri. That said, I do like yuri.
Edit: Oh, an example... well I just read Girl Friends and wanted something like it.

Shoujo Sect I don't think there is. There's a lot of sex. Dunno if that'd bother you.

Genre search for Josei/ Yuri manga. I'm pretty sure a lot of those are what you're looking for. At least in the no Onee-sama sense.

Those are some of the Yuri I've read that don't say Onee-sama.

I can suggest these series:

Eh... all those Drerzy DeVile recommends (excepting Sasameki Koto) are pretty crappy... no offense lol.

On the other hand, Kuro Kagami's suggestions are pretty good... Strawberry Shake Sweet, Pieta, and Ebisu-san and Hotei-san are all excellent.
