I'm looking for a manga in which the protagonist starts off hating her love interest. I want the protagonist to be tough and not sweet. I don't like the typical "nice" girl.
Basically I want something like Misaki from Maid-sama when it comes to the protagonist.

I'd appreciate if it has good art.

It's really cute and awesome!! She does dislike him at first and is very strong willed!!

Kirai fits the bill, and has a strong female protagonist who starts out utterly despising the male lead, who is a playboy. The art, however, is very unique, and takes a while to get used to. It's worth reading, though.

Although I can't say I'm really experience with Manhwa, of all the ones I've come across, they seem to include the type of protagonist you seem to be after?
(e.g. Cynical Orange, Do You Want to Try?, Boarding House of Hunks, Idol Shopping).
So I'd suggest checking out Manhwa as well.
