What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

Its about a girl who likes a guy and i think they start dating, the guy turns out to have a split personalty. Ones serious and ones a playboy. I remember in one scene the girl finds out the guy has hickes all over his body because he was playing with some older girls. Thanks ! Btw the manga is not
