Volume 4 so expensive?

Looks like they limited the next two volumes after 12. Looked it up on amazon and found 13 and 14 but for $999.99 bucks. How frickin unbelievable is that. I said it at the beginning and I'll say it again it just pisses me off. Oh yeah and I'm new here so what's up everyone.
