ok, i can only remember this as something that happens in it.

it may have been a one shot, it may have been a manga, i cant remember. but what i do remember is the main or close to main character was suppose to throw a person or object away, but didn't, and violently protected it.

im going to go through all the manga i read in the last 3 months a little latter but any help here would be great.

i can almost guarantee that the manga had a more shonen drawing style.

ok im going through my manga but im coming up with nothing so far.

i want you to think, person has a sword, going against a a former ally to save someones life,

i cant realy describe it better than that. i believe the former allys back down for now, but i may be wrong.

i wish i could remember, and going through my manga didnt pan out, ill have to go though everything to find it if i dont get it from this, and thats a significant amount.

im just going to point this out, it doesn't need to be a sword, i just said that to give you a better mental image... at the same time i think it was a sword... wow this is going to annoy me until i see it.
