I loooove HxH and being a romance fan, I would love to see something like it but with romance. Doesn't matter if the romance is minimal just as long as there is. Should be boy-girl romance and NOT BL bigrazz

I know its hard to incorporate something like HxH with romance buttttttt, well, I was just hoping there is a manga like that.

So i gueeess the genre would be action,adventure,romance? Hmm OH! Comedy would be a good addition, too. smile

Does it really have a non-BL romantic subplot? I gave up the series halfway because I couldn't find anything like that.

I think http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=2345 Ciel is close to what you are looking for. Shoujo with a bit of action and adventure.

If you are looking for a shounen kekkaishi which was mentioned by smichal is a good choice. It contains romance and pretty believable characters for a shounen.

If you enjoyed the fighting with supernatural abilities, that goes beyond the usual smashing of some finishing moves, I believe http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=1000 Kiseijuu is worth a look. But be warned although action and characters are among the best the manga world has to offer, this is targeted at a [b]mature audience[\b], it contains sex scenes and gore.
