What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

so im looking for a manga where the guy likes the girl and the girl cheats on him with other guys then when the guy stops liking the girl the girl wants him back. i read a manga like that a while back but i could not remember the name so could you recommend me the mangas you know with a similar plot(the plot does not have to be identical to the description)
