 I was wondering if anyone knew if it was better to read the one-shot first or if I could understand it if I just started to read the series?

 i cant tell which one is the One-shot or the series x-x is Monokuro Shounen Shoujo the series or Monocrome Shounen Shoujo the series.. I DUN GETS IT >.<
