If i remember correctly, this manga has to do with love between sister and brother, actually sister is the only one who is upset with her brother.
Here is the little bit of information i can remember. there is women who is drawing hentai? or yaoi manga in the apartment, and she was threaten by this brother upset little sister with big kitchen knife
