Kyou, Koi wo Hajimemasu I went to some manga site that indicates that this is mature and only suitable for 18 and above. But it's so popular(the sales are good) and it looks sweet. I don't understand how is it suppose to be mature and I got curious.
Read it and the kiss scenes kind of shocked me but initially I thought I'm fine with it if that's the 18 and above scenes. Till it is hinted that main girl younger sister often has sex with boyfriend and when the lead guy attempt to RAPE the main girl. I was shocked. Finally understood why the 19 and above tag. My impression of it got rather bad.
Watch the OVA and decided to continue reading it. I don't like it but I got to admit it's quite addicting... In the end, I read until chapter 30, which is quite an achievement for me.
I started to avoid smut manga and make sure i do enough homework to ensure what I'm reading is not smut.
But 1 manga appear to be nice and I can't seem to find info on it. I read the author's 1 shot that has the lead guy kissing the main girl's neck. I thought maybe it's smut, but I should give it a try since it looks good.
5chapters later, I conclude that smut manga are quite addicting. But I will scold and hate the manga while I read it. That manga is horrible and KKwH is not that bad when you compare to that manga.
Hmm, it was so long ago that I have a hard time recalling. Probably Desire Climax when it was popular in its heyday, though it's not really that hardcore compared to some of the stuff I'm reading now. Boku wa Imouto ni Koiwosuru was pretty popular back then too, and I remember thinking that it was pretty smutty at the beginning even though it's not so much the farther you get into the manga.
I was one of the many people fangirling Midnight Secretary, but it got pretty terrible and mediocre.
I made the rookie mistake of reading Aisuru Hito as my first smut manga, It was just so upfront. Although, that doesn't stop me from reading the rest of YOSHIHARA Yuki's work
