I think I remember reading a fairly old comic about a girl from the country who came to Tokyo for a job, but ended up living on the street because her belongings got stolen. Guy somehow owes her a favor and takes her to his house, and forces her to take a bath because she smells. Gets erection and fucks her. The next morning she's gone, but she comes back later with all her homeless friends who are under the impression they get food and lodging in his room if they sleep with said guy.
I don't remember who drew it... Maybe Tanaka Ekisu.

If I remember correctly the girl wants to thank the young man with her body. For her it's a "duty" as long as she can stay with him (safe and warm place) but in the end she recognices that she loves him. But i don't know the end anymore.
