I was searching for some new manga to read, and I came across an interesting enough series. I don't know if it was just a oneshot or not, but I remember it was about, a teenage girl who took her little sister out ice skating, her sister was afraid to ice skate, so she went out to show her sister how fun it was. Miraculously, she was able to land a triple lux, or something like that. She caught the attention of a fellow who looks for ice skating talents. And thats all I know. So does this ring any bells?

It's definitely a romance, because I only search for those.
