Romantic and heartwarming isn't usually what I read, since something like Gantz is pretty romantic to me... but I recommend Touch for a happy, light-hearted romance. ^^

I think Karin for me it's kinda sweet, maybe kimi no iru machi but not so much in to it now days thanks to eba in the new arc  . Unbalance X2 is great and legend of mayan (same authore) is starting to get the romance feeling in some of the receant chapters. Legend of mayan is an awsome manwha!! ^^

and mademoiselle butterfly is very romantic/touching.
But these are shoujo; I don't know many seinen/shounen.

Men's Kou---the most recent one that am reading and its damn good, not the most since I am quite there are some in my completed list that are better but still one of the best for me.

High School Debut - It seemed very real to me, not too much drama, very realistic but still very sweet.
Kimi ni TodokeAgain, very sweet and realistic manga
Dangeki DaisyThis one is not-so-realistic because of the mystery but it it very sweet and romantic. 
Most of the manga I've read are shoujo and adventure(mostly combined) and I have other favourites as well, but I've selected the ones that focus mostly on romance, rather than wars, magic etc.
