It's a really weird looking limited edition one (Something a Gothic Lolita might be interested in) but she thinks it's really cute and the main boy laughs at her a bit but finds her cute. I think there's a part where the boy goes back to try and get it and there's toys all over the floor, but this might be a different story altogether.
There's a scene like this in Hot Gimmick between the secondary couple, vol. 4. He gets her a bear from the UFO catcher, then she gets him a rare Gundam figure from a vending machine. She lets on that she didn't want it, but then you see all the wrong ones she got first while trying for it.

It's definitely some underwearing designing dude and some plainish girl with smallish boobs or something. And he gets all molesty "training" her. And he's all I WANNA FINISH THIS JOB QUICKLY. And she goes all T_T Y HE NO LOEV ME. And then it's all because he wants to finish the job so he can do her.
