Well it is a gag and has a sort of old gag rythm to it. It is about some guy who got mugged for 3000yen(30 dollars American) and was "brain dead." He was a donar, but he was not really dead. There was this girl he matched who was dying from some disease that gentic. He promises her his heart when he dies and now works as a organ organizer thing. He has some scar now too from the surrgery. He used to work at a grocery outlet. He wears glasses. There was some realese alittle while ago on manga fox.
