rewatch over and over? never. though i sometimes like to rewatch episodes of animes from series i really like (lol, was rewatching digimon zero not long ago) and long series, like gintama

Toradora. The damn cliff hangers makes me want to watch over and over again. 
And its not one of those typical "Boy loves Girl or Girl loves Boy" story, its actually more deeper than that not to mention that the novel is much better than the anime but that's just me imo.

Any Masterpiece Theater anime, really. They're brilliant.
And Legend of the Galactic Heroes. Not only is it awesome, but the length is so EPIC that by the time you're near the end, you could re-watch it from the beginning and have it still seem fresh (since it would've been so long since you saw the first ep!).

Eureka Seven is one of my favorites, and just by listening to the songs is more than enough to watch it over and over again.
Rurouni Kenshin just never gets old
