What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

I don't remember the name of the manga at all, only that I think its a oneshot. The story I remember was about a highschool boy and a school nurse. The boy wouldn't allow anyone to touch him except the school nurse, and at the end they end up together. Any idea?
