What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')

I remember that the main character was confessing to a girl he like almost every chance he got though she would reject him due to her fear of man. I think the manga was focus on teen love as the next chapter or so was about his friend taking interest in a girl who draw manga.
