hi all, this time im looking for mangas in which one of the characters (preferably the main ones) is a "comedic style evil mastermind"
the perfect example of what im looking for is:

-Hiruma from eyeshield 21,

-Neuro from Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro

and maybe

-Nijima from HSD Kenichi (im not sure about this one--havent read it yet but i got the suggestion from somewhere)

so, u might have gotten the idea already that although they are "evil" but deep inside they care about their friends. they just show it differently (....i guess??or maybe they just love torturing'em xD)
i love love love this kind of characters, so ur help would be very much appreciated

btw, i searched the forum for this topic already and couldnt find one so i made one instead

Doujin Work's Tsuruya is a bit like that. She messes around with her friends quite a bit, although you won't really see it in the first few chapters. First time she's really manipulative is in Ch 9 I think, and don't let MU fool you, if you read it on MF there's 56 chapters up, although it hasn't been updated in a long time.

Try Hajimete no Aku.
Not sure if its what your looking for but its a guy named Jiro, who's an evil scientist for an evil organization(recently destroyed by the allies of justice) and is forced to lay low with his sister(also part of evil organization) at their cousin's Kyoko's house.
Its a love comedy type manga that you might enjoy.
