What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)
No difference in translation but have a translation note

School slice of life

Hi!

I was looking for a shonen/seinen (please don't suggest any josei/shojo) manga which combined well school life and slice of life. I'd also prefer if the main character is a guy, just facing normal school problems and such.
Oh and if possible I'd prefer a manga without any fantasy/sci-fi/supernatural elements.

Have you tried Suzuka or Kimi no iru machi? I don't think their problems are "normal", though...
