due to some circumstances i am not allowed to read/watch any manga/anime with witchcraft and ecchiness. I know that 99% of manga/anime has witchcraft in it. But i love the romance stories in manga/manhwa so much i can't give them up so please give me some good suggestions.
Here are the guide lines
No witchcraft, curses, ecchi, smut
Genres i personally dislike: yaoi, and yuri

Okay, you are wrong about 99% of manga having witchcraft in it. that is not true at all.
also, a LOT of manga has romance in it. this isn't very specific. I'll give you some suggestions, but I suggest you go here if you want more:
http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?genre=Romance& exclude_genre=Adult_Doujinshi_Ecchi_Hentai_Mature_Mecha_S houjo%2BAi_Shounen%2BAi_Smut_Yaoi_Yuri&perpage=5 0
It's possible that some of those titles you click on will have witchcraft, but most won't. There will be no mature, ecchi, smut, yaoi or yuri in any of those titles, and they all will have some kind of romance.
Here's a list of my personal recommendations:
Kaichou Wa Maid-sama!
I think you'd really like this. It's about a high school girl who is very tough and strong, but secretly works at a maid cafe. One day, this guy finds out that she works there, (it's supposed to be a secret) but he agrees to not tell anyone. They become friends, etc etc
Full Moon Wo Sagashite
About a young girl who learns she has a year left to live. So she decides, accompanied by two shinigami who have been sent to watch out for her, to try to achieve her dream of becoming a great singer. Very fun, and surprisingly light for the seriousness of the topic, but if by "witchcraft" you mean "magic", then steer clear of this, because the shinigami do have have magic.
Gentlemen's Alliance Cross
About a poor girl who joins the student council of her school in the hopes of winning the heart of her true love. Lots of fun love triangles and drama, and the story actually takes a pretty interesting twist later on. but, while the main character is straight, some of her friends have some shounen/shoujo-ai moments, so you have to be okay with that.
Nana
About two girls named Nana who move to Tokyo to make on thier own. They have a lot of crazy all-over the place relationships and romances, but the story also gets serious later on when something major happens to one of the Nana's that she is sure will ruin her life. Great story, fun ride, with some really emotional moments.
Ouran High School Host Club
Girl joins this really prestigious school, but is mistaken for a boy. When she accidentally breaks a vase belonging to the school's Host Club (a club where men serve women, common in Japan), she has to keep pretending to be a guy to work at the host club and pay off the debt she owes for the vase.
Rurouni Kenshin
It's the meiji era, and 17-year-old Kamiya Kaoru befriends this wandering samurai who actually turns out to have a much more interesting past than Kaoru ever could have imagined. V. endearing characters, and interesting arcs.
Vampire Knight
Again, I don't know if vamppires are okay or not, but if they are, then check this out. It's about this girl at this academy that has two groups of students . . . the day class and the night class. She's madly in love with the head of the night class (a vampire-obviously) but her best friend is also in love with her. Great romance, but you have to be able to handle a certain level of darkness.
1/2 Prince
girl joins a virtual reality game . . . but as a guy. soon she becomes really famous and popular, but only a few people know that she's actually a girl. among them is her childhood friend, who likes her.
Koukou Debut
About a girl entering highschool. She's a tomboy, and she wants to get a boyfriend, so she asks this guy to help her become more girly and attractive to guys. He agrees. It's a great story, because in the end, she stays pretty much the same as she was before, and because the heroine is very realistic in that she has both male and female characteristics. It's a sweet romance as well.
Dengeki Daisy
About a girl whose brother has died, but has left her with the cell phone number of an anonymous friend who, he says, will help her whenever she needs it. The friend's screen name is Daisy. The girl comes to love texting Daisy and receiving texts, but she wishes she could meet him for real. Then she meets and starts living with her 20-something year old school janitor, who, surprise surprise, happens to be Daisy. He got the job so he could watch out for her, but she doesn't know that he and Daisy are the same person, especially since Daisy is always sweet and kind to her, and the janitor is mean and rude (but in a teasing way). Really fun read, fun characters, sweet romance. No magic.
Shiawase Kissa Sanchoume
SO FUNNY. It's the story of a girl who starts work at this cafe that only has two other employees, both young men. None of the characters are annoying, the love triangle is interesting, and Ichirou is so FUNNY! if you want a romantic comedy and not much else, read this.
Anyway, check these out. I especially recommend the first one and the last three. But knock yourself out.

Oh, my friend's like that. His parents won't even let him read Harry Potter.
Kare Kano is one, V.B.Rose is another, and then there's Ah! Itoshi no Banchousama, Dengeki Daisy, Happy Cafe....the list goes on and on.
...and hey, wait, does that mean you've never read/watched Cardcaptor Sakura?

Can't see why you're not allowed to read manga with witchcraft in it lol, then again theres very little to start with, its a shame really. Heres a few romance titles you might like, I thought there were good anyway.
Beast Master
Hadashi de Bara wo Fume
Kimi wa Pet
Nephylym (HANAMAKI Anna)
Dokuhime This ones quite borderline, its not echii, but theres a few semi-naked scenes (no more than four)

Can you define 'witchcraft'? Some people seem to define it as anything supernatural at all, which I've never understood. It's a much more specific term than that...
By "witchcraft", do you mean fantasy stuff? Cos' you could just look under the Realistic category and just search for the romance with no ecchi ones.

What would life be without witchcraft, ecchiness, smut, and curses! Obviously not a shonen world.
Anyhow my lists our bogged down with such subjects and little else, but I can second Dengeki Daisy. I made it halfway before quiting and that says a lot about a shoujo to me.

I think OP means it by the biblical way. Anything "out of the ordinary".

Having said that, I smell Catholicism.

Lovely Complex (http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=230)
No witchcraft or ecchi, I promise. They insult each other, but it's not really cursing. Really childish insults like "You're a giant" "Shorty" sort of thing.
It's about a boy who's extremely short (156cm, which is below the average height for Japanese males) and a girl who's extremely tall (172cm, which is above the average height for Japanese females). Ootani wants to be taller and look more "masculine", while Koizumi wants to be smaller and more "cute and feminin". They both hate each other, because just by standing next to each other, they're below/above average heights are emphasized. But when Koizumi falls for a guy in another class and Ootani falls for a girl, they decide to help each other with their crushes.

nope im not catholic im non-denominational but close. Any way what i mean by witchcraft is spellcasting, summoning, shinigami, demons, etc. If i get caught reading that stuff i get kicked out and i don't have a great job right now.
