so i want a manga where the the protagonist actually needs to make the love interest fall in love with them realistically not just a stupid reason and now they both love each other. Something more real and filled with obstacles like Maison Ikkoku or Love Hina , Yume de aetera

I don't think any ecchi or harems are realistic..... but if you want serious romance you'd have to go with Kurozuka the ending isn't the best though be aware
