What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

Hi,

I'm looking for the Raws of the series Hotman by KITAGAWA Shou - http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=1256
More specifically volume 13 to 16

I already tried the NyaaTorrent link, but since there are no seeds so the DL is stuck at 97% with missing bits from vol 13 and 14.
